A seasoned traveler from an early age, Kim moved numerous times as the daughter of a US Army officer, and was educated in various places across the globe including Japan and Thailand. Kim has forged friendships that have provided her an international perspective as well as an understanding and appreciation of other cultures. She demonstrates an innate ability to put her customers at ease with her genuine spirit of acceptance and respect.
As a Flight Attendant with a major airline, Kim honed her excellent customer service and problem solving skills, while quenching her wanderlust appetite with travels from Peru to Indonesia as well as many European countries. Kim is now a three decade long resident of Sarasota, eventually drawn here after her parent’s retirement and building an impressive professional background in sales, customer service and marketing elsewhere. She brings local knowledge, outstanding business acumen and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others as the foundation for her successful transition to real estate.
Her husband, Curt, is President of Eskew Financial Group and a trusted advisor with New York Life. Together they share close ties to the Sarasota community and continue to build their businesses on trust, customer service and developing long lasting relationships with the people they serve. They have one daughter, Emily, who has done her fair share of exploring the globe and is currently living and studying in Japan. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.
In honor of her father, Kim acts as hospitality coordinator for the Descendants of World War II Rangers, where she helps with the yearly national reunion honoring the few WWII heroes that are still around. In her free time Kim enjoys travel, tennis and the occasional swing of a golf club. She is also working on her private pilot license but gladly relies on her husband’s piloting expertise to get them to destinations in Florida, the Bahamas and the East Coast of the US.

Six years ago Kim helped me find my first home in Sarasota. Coming from upstate NY I had no knowledge of the area and thus, little idea of where to land. Kim was our representative for our home purchase in Sarasota. Kim is such a professional and a pleasure to work with. At the very beginning when we were looking for homes during the Covid-19 pandemic, we mostly worked with Kim through phone calls because we live in southern CA. When we found a home we were interested in, we contacted Kim to see if she could go look at it for us. She made contact with the seller and arranged for a FaceTime walk through the house. Kim was able to build a good rapport with the home seller, and she facilitated resolutions for both us and the home seller. Kim was able to guide us through the initial offer stage to the final escrow process with ease and professionalism.
